Individual and Family Therapy
Every person holds the capacity to grow, heal, and create meaningful change. Reaching out is a powerful act of strength, and I’m so glad you’re here. I strive to offer a safe, affirming space where you feel free to express yourself and celebrated for doing so.
I invite a spirit of radical acceptance, self-compassion, and trust in your inner healing wisdom. My approach is collaborative, honoring you as the expert in your own life and focusing on your unique goals. If you'd like to explore working together, please reach out—I’d be honored to support you on your path toward a more fulfilling life.
Welcome.
I bring over 10 years of experience providing trauma-informed care across a range of settings, including community mental health clinics, Housing First programs, substance use treatment centers, schools, and private practice. My foundation in social work deeply informs my therapeutic approach—grounded in empathy, social justice, and a commitment to meeting clients where they are. I earned my Masters of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Pennsylvania in 2017.
I work with individuals and families ages 14 and up, offering care that is rooted in LGBTQ+ affirming, feminist, and anti-racist frameworks. I strive to create a non-judgmental, inclusive space where healing can unfold. I am trained in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy and Emotionally Focused Family Therapy.
Clinically, I have a strong interest in treating OCD, anxiety disorders, phobias, and related concerns. I am trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (EXRP), and my core therapeutic modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I also take a harm reduction approach to substance use, supporting individuals across the full spectrum of substance use behaviors.
I live in South Philadelphia with my sweet rescue pup, Celeste, who may occasionally make an appearance during in-person sessions. Outside of work, I love tending to my houseplants, getting lost in embroidery projects, planning my next travel adventure, and making my way through an ever-growing pile of books.
I’m a self-proclaimed “therapy nerd” and lifelong learner, always seeking out new ways to grow—both personally and professionally. I’m passionate about continuing education and staying curious about the many paths to healing.
